AnswerAnswer Contact your operator to freeze your subscription. Once your operator is aware and have deactivated your subscription, your phone will also be closed for Strex mobile payment.

Question Is it possible to settle Strex payments in other ways than over the mobile phone bill?
AnswerAnswer Currently, adding payments to your telephone bill is the only way to settle Strex payments. However, Strex will offer other options, for example a separate invoice for mobile payments or payment by credit card, in the future.

Question How is Strex different from other mobile payment solutions?
AnswerAnswer To use Strex, you only need to be in direct proximity of your mobile phone. There is no need to register any personal information, as your mobile operator knows you already. Strex purchases are simply added to your mobile phone bill, not taken out of your bank account or credit card.
